Every batch of our products is tested for both safety (heavy metals) and active ingredients. We use objective ISO-17025 certified laboratories such as Eurofins and Alkemist US.

We introduced the concept of objective lab testing already in 2010. We are still one of the very few vendors that share actual lab test reports with our customers. No deceiving home-made 'certificates of analysis', no conflicts of interest (like 'in-house testing' sounds nice but it is meaningless).

Sad as it may be, it is an undeniable fact that 99% of vendors prefer to spend their money on marketing instead of quality control.

• Shipping times increased. Our mail planes fly from Hong Kong twice a week, usually on Tuesday/Friday.
